The consumption habit and doing physical activities can be conducted every morning bringing continuously beneficial benefits for the body health.

Drinking a Glass of Mineral Water

During sleep at least 8 hours every night, your body does not get the water consumption at all. Meanwhile, your body needs approximately a glass of water for every three hours for 24 hours. It causes your body consisting 92% of water to get dehydration. Though you do not feel it, you should consume a glass of water when you woke up. The water is helping to smooth the digestive system, accelerate new cell formation and remove toxins from the body.

Consuming Green Vegetables

Eating green vegetables at morning can make your digestion more smoothly because the green vegetables contain high fibers. Meanwhile, chlorophyll contained in green vegetables is helpful to remove toxic and detoxifies your body very well.  You may make your dislike green vegetables to be juice. Green juice is healthier by changing the sugar with honey. You can add lemon in your green juice in order to make it sour.

The other healthy habits at morning are benefiting the function of lemon. Lemon tasting sour can be a natural constipation medicine if it is consumed at morning. It is rich of vitamin C and antioxidant making the liver and kidney working better. It can be assumed that it makes your blood cleaner. Lemon can be a great solution to reduce acnes. In addition, the sour taste of lemon makes you careful and aware of running your days. For that way, it is better to change the coffee consumption or soda at morning by consuming lemon.
 
Do Not Forget to Consider Protein and Fat Assumption
To keep your balanced diet, you need to control the protein assumption and even fats. It is better to consume nuts being a vegetable protein source getting healthy for the body health. To increase the fat assumption, you may consume avocado and guava. The protein is useful to make your brain and muscles fresh and work very well. The fats can be energy reserve needed when you were working.

After you have eaten, it is better to start morning exercises. The recommended exercises are jumping.
