If you do not have private vehicle and the distance from your place to your office is not too far, you can really walk to the office. Walking means move your body. 5. Sleep before Midnight
Even though it sounds really lame, sleeping before midnight is totally important for your body. Sleeping before midnight will give your body enough chance to get some rest. When the resting time is going on, your body is a kind of refresh and restarts itself. That is why if you get enough sleeping, by the time you wake up, you will feel fresh and fit.
